March 2010 - Newfound Comfort in 30-year-old Home!

We are experiencing newfound comfort in our 30-year-old home! With the installation of recycled cellulose fiber blown-in insulation, foam sealant, and radiant barrier foil, our heat rarely comes on and when it does, it doesn't stay on for long.

And thanks to you and your fantastic crew who installed tese envirnmentally-friendly products, we're already saving money on our electric bill. We used 473 fewer kWh in December 2009 (when compared with December 2008)!

Another test of the tightness of our attic happened this year with the record snowfall we had. When the snow on our neighbors' roofs was quickly melting away, or roof still had a nice blanket of snow. Even a week later, our roof still had snow. We haven't been losing warm air out of our house through the attic.

We are also enjoying the new attic stairs. It's nice to have well-functioning pull-down staircase that also looks great!

February 2010 - Increased Home Energy Efficiency

Just a quick note to say how pleased and thankful we are to have met you. The work you completed has really made our home heating system so much better. Your team was professional and left the house clean. The before and after graphics showing the increased efficiency was impressive, I can't believe we were wasting that much energy and throwing our money away! The temperature is even throughout the house and though we are in one of the coldest winters in my memory, our system is not working as hard as it used to.

September 2009 - Higher Home Energy Efficiency and Energy Bill Savings

In addition to our house being much more comfortable, Wah Gas just lowered our budget payments by 75%, so replacing the insulation is really paying off.

May 2009 - Replaced Insulation after Home Energy Audit

They came last month and did an energy audit and made recommendations - some of which we did ourselves. They vacuumed out our attic of all old insulation and sprayed in new insulation/added reflectix and the house is much more comfortable.

May 2009 - Pleased with Results of Home Energy Audit

Dear Mr. Tanner,

Just a quick word about Mike Shepard and Armando. Their work was very professional and very well done. I didn't have a chance to meet them but Linda did and was happy with the way they did the work and cleaned up afterwards.  I did go through the crawl space and it was done extremely well. Please pass our "thanks" to Mike and Armando for doing such a great job.

Thanks again for the audit and doing the crawl space and cantilever. We can already tell the difference.
